Elan

Elan is a gated townhouse neighbourhood within Majid Al Futtaim's Tilal Al Ghaf master community in Dubai. The community was introduced as one of the first residential releases inside Tilal Al Ghaf and is designed around contemporary family living, walkable public spaces, and direct access to the wider lagoon-led lifestyle planned for the master development. Its homes are positioned around landscaped streets and shared amenities, with the wider community located near the junction of Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.

The project focuses on three and four bedroom townhouses with ground-floor living and dining areas connected to private outdoor spaces, upper-floor bedrooms, and family-oriented layouts. Residents benefit from the surrounding Tilal Al Ghaf facilities, including Lagoon Al Ghaf, sandy beach areas, community centres, fitness facilities, jogging and cycling routes, tennis facilities, children's play areas, and outdoor entertainment spaces. The DLD candidate was resolved to Dubai Sports City by area aliasing, but the official project context and public market references place Elan inside Tilal Al Ghaf, so this promotion uses the canonical Tilal Al Ghaf area.
